FAQ

  • Where are your garments made?

Honestly, this isn’t a frequently asked question but it should be. Too many times people buy items and either don’t ask where things are made or are too scared to ask because they don’t want the answer. We believe in total transparency with our business. That’s why we use multiple manufacturers, to ensure we can accommodate different budgets and client needs. Our garments are manufactured in Italy, England, and Hong Kong.

  • What type of fabrics do you have?

We only work with the best fabric mills in the world, and some of the oldest. Vitale Barberis Canonico, Dormeuil, Holland and Sherry, Colombo, Carnet, Caccioppoli Napoli and ermenegildo zegna. Mostly crafted in Italy and England.

  • What does a suit cost?

It Depends on a lot of factors. Our 2 piece suits start at $1,495 and include the Jacket and Pants. Our 3 piece suits start at $1,995. These prices are all based on our entry level fabrics, and the only thing that effects our pricing, is the selection of fabrics.

  • What do other garments cost?

Our Sport Coats start at $895. Our trousers start at $445. Our Overcoats Start at $1,495 and our shirts start at $175. This isn’t all we offer, either! we have other unique garments that can be made to measure!

  • What is the expected turnaround time?

Our suits usually have about a 4-6 week turnaround time, while shirts are done in about 3 weeks or so. If you have a set deadline, such as a wedding, graduation or trip planned that you absolutely need your garment by, we always encourage our clients to give us a 2 month grace period. This is for any unforeseen or extreme circumstances, just to ensure we can deliver your garment on time, so that is one less thing you have to worry about!

  • How often should I dry clean my garments?

You should only dry clean your Suits, Sport Coats, Trousers and Overcoats as needed. Meaning if they got a spill on them, or you wear them more than 2 times per week. Wool, which is the most common suiting fabric, is naturally anti-bacterial, which means it really keeps smells away. The biggest reason to avoid dry cleaning, and why you have to make sure you are going to dry cleaner that cares, is because they pose the biggest threat to your garments overall health. Too many times we have seen garments destroyed by cleaners using too much heat or too many chemicals.
